Can someone else check in at the hotel before I arrive with a reservation under my name?
Yes, but please inform us in advance of your arrival. We will ask you to send us an email attaching your power of attorney to the guest. Please note that all guests who will check in will require a valid ID card, while minors under the age of 18 are not allowed to check in without the accompaniment of a parent or adult.

Can I leave my bags or luggage before check-in and after check-out?
Yes. If your room is not yet available upon check-in or you will be flying out late at night. Your bags and luggage can be left at our front desk. Please inform us in advance if the deposit is made for more than one night.
