Onsite Photography & Videography Policy
- Cityloog Hotel prohibits the use of its grounds (including all interior spaces and exterior grounds) for unauthorized professional or commercial photography/videography. This includes, but is not limited to, pre-wedding, wedding, engagement, graduation, class, family, and individual portraits, advertising photography, and model/fashion shoots.
- Unauthorized professional photographers/videographers are subject to immediate expulsion from the hotel property.
- Cityloog Hotels places the highest priority on the privacy and safety of guests and staff, avoiding disruption and maintaining tranquillity throughout the property. Personal drone use is NOT permitted on property or in the airspace above all Cityloog Hotel properties.
- Contracted Events and Meetings: Photography/videography for event documentation and promotional purposes of events taking place onsite at Cityloog Hotel requires approval. The photographer/videographer must be provided with an official event badge/credential or other form of identification from the event organizer that clearly identifies them as affiliated with the group or organization. This badge/credential or other form of identification must be worn or displayed visibly at all times while the photographer is conducting services on Cityloog property.
- Contracted Pre-Wedding/Wedding/Commitment Ceremony & Wedding Receptions: Couples planning onsite photography/videography for pre-wedding, wedding, commitment ceremony, or wedding reception events at Cityloog Hotel must work with the Sales Department to pre-arrange a specific date and time for authorization.
- News Media Coverage: Members of the news media seeking onsite photography or videography for news coverage should contact the Corporate Communication department via email at [email address removed] in advance. Official press credentials are required.
- Please note: Only couples having their Wedding Ceremony/Wedding Reception event occur onsite at Cityloog Hotel are allowed to have their Wedding or Engagement photos/videos taken onsite. Questions regarding this policy should be directed to the Cityloog Sales Department.
