GENERAL

To make an online reservation, you will be required to provide certain information including your full name. The guest's name must match the name of the registered guest who will be staying at the hotel. We will ask you to show a valid ID upon check-in for verification purposes.
The reservation price and the terms of payment and cancellation will vary depending on the room type you book, the type of reservation, and other factors. These terms will be communicated during the booking process.
A confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you via email, where we will send you a valid confirmation number along with the details of your reservation.

PRICE

Kindly note that a 21% service charge and government tax are added to all rates. Please contact the hotel for information regarding charges for other special services.

CANCELATION POLICY

Kindly note that all confirmed reservations at Cityloog hotels are non-cancellable. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, we regret to inform you that changes to the check-in schedule can only be accommodated up to 48 hours prior to your arrival date.
To ensure a seamless experience, please be advised that all payments for confirmed bookings are non-refundable. Should you anticipate a late arrival, we kindly request that you contact the relevant Cityloog hotel directly using the contact information provided

CHANGES

Changes to reservation details (such as changes to; name, number of guests, number of rooms, arrival date, departure date, etc.) cannot be made once your room reservation has been confirmed by us. If you believe there is an error in the reservation confirmation details, you can contact us immediately through the contact information provided on the reservation confirmation receipt.

PARKING

CItyloog Hotel Tebet Jakarta provides a large parking area in the front of the hotel, basement 1, and basement 2 for the convenience of guests.

ROOM CAPACITY

Our guest rooms comfortably accommodate a maximum of two adults. Children under six years old may stay without additional charge. For larger groups or children over six, We understand that your comfort is our top priority, please contact our hotel team. We are here to assist you
